What advanced welding training do you recommend?

“Cracking the Sales Management Code” helped me pick one controllable activity per rep (for us it was booking qualified second meetings) and coach it weekly; our win rate ticked up about 8% in a quarter — just watch for metric sprawl: “if you track everything, you coach nothing.” Anyone else tried narrowing coaching to a single behavior?
