Torque records on 6-inch RF flanges

I’m finding inconsistent torque documentation on a chiller-room retrofit tonight: 6-inch CS Sch 40, 150# RF, EPDM spec’d, but two joints turned up with spiral-wound gaskets and no recorded sequence or values. For B31.1 and OEM compliance — and to safeguard joint integrity before hydro at 07:00 — what field-proof are you using that holds up in an audit (calibrated wrench ID/date, witnessed logs, torque marks, etc.)?

I record 6-in 150 RF: photo wrench ID + final pass; PCC-1 sheet; note lube; re-torque spiral-wounds before 07:00. https://www.asme.org/codes-standards/find-codes-standards/pcc-1-guidelines-bolted-flange-joint-assembly.

And @OP Quick win I use on 6-in 150 RF before a 07:00 hydro: a single 20–30 sec phone video running the cross pattern while the TechAngle screen is in frame showing torque, time/date, and wrench serial, then pan to the flange tag and note “SWG” if that’s what’s installed. It’s held up in audits because it captures sequence and values in one shot; if you don’t have a logging wrench, the same video plus clear witness marks on each nut has worked for me.
